List of novels ranked on my preference is updated

This is a partial update - it's taking far longer than I'd budgeted.

It now features 49 fully read + 5 partially read = 54 novels, as against 35 fully read entries till now. More entries should come over next few days, unless I get distracted by other things. Also, a few download links might be missing - will go over the books' online status later.

A-rated books should not disappoint; probably B-rated ones too won't disappoint except may be last few on the B-list.
