Locus Awards 2009 ballot is open

Anyone can vote, either online or by printing out the online form & mailing it (but must include a valid(?) email address). Select either from listed works, or choose another of your own. Eligible works are those published during 2008 anywhere in the world (but probably restricted to English). Deadline: "April 15, 2009".

Note the votes of those who are not Locus customers count less than those who are. There was some controversy on this last year - when they arbitrarily downgraded non-customer votes because official favorites were getting voted out or something - I don't recall the details.
