Stories listed by author
Listed below are most, but not all, authors represented at this site. Following links will lead to many but not necessarily all stories by the author. In case of a movie, read director in place of author, though sometime author is also listed.
A specific author's link below normally takes you to all articles that are exclusively dedicated to stories by that author. Sometimes I just make a short note on a story in one or the other lists - e.g., list of stories in an anthology. To locate all stories by an author, try search box near top of the page.
Most stories of Arthur Clarke are on my older site for historical reasons; that is where his link take you. Where the story's review lives on this site, you can also access it "By Tags". I bold names of authors where I have a special author-specific page; you will typically find reviews of many stories by such authors.
Entries prefixed with "*" are my personal favorites - searched for in "Other Bloggers on Favorite Authors" section on the left.

- * Michael Crichton: While I really like his work, he is specifically not searched for when generating the list "Other bloggers on favorite authors" in left pane. This is because there are so many posts on him that no other favorite authors ever show up.
- Michael Flynn: Having read two of his stories - "Eifelheim" (B) & "Down, Sunset, & the Colors of Earth" (B) - I think I have had enough of him. His prose is good enough, & stories don't generally bore while you are reading. But I don't quite find their plots interesting. And he has a tendency of making his stories way too long - at about half their length, they might be good.
- Michael Kube-McDowell
- Michael Radford: Movie director.
