Free fiction: 4 issues of graphic magazine "Unknown Worlds of Science Fiction"

This was a bimonthly graphic magazine. First 4 issues are online at Crosseyed Cyclops. Contents include illustrated versions of some very famous stories, plus interviews with the likes of Ray Bradbury, Alfred Bester, & A E Van Vogt.

Each issue is a CBR files; two issues per RAR file.

  1. January 1975 & March 1975: Included is graphic adaptation of John Wyndham's "The Day of the Triffids" (as a 2-part serial between the 2 issues), Bob Shaw's "Slow Glass" (Jan). & Alfred Bester's "Adam & No Eve" (March). Apart from other fiction & stuff.
  2. May 1975 & July 1975: Includes graphic adaptations of works of Harlan Ellison ('"Repent Harlequin!" Said Ticktock Man'), Larry Niven, & Frank Herbert in May; A E van Vogt, & Robert Silverberg in July.
Note the text of "Slow Glass" is also online. While its concept is often attributed to Shaw, I've seen it in a much older story of L Sprague de Camp ("The Exalted", I think).

A graphic version of Ellison's & Bester's stories are also available elsewhere.

Do you happen to know if de Camp's The Exalted is online anywhere (or failing that, if it's in print anywhere)?

Michael: I'm not aware of an authorized online copy; Google search shows some other options.

I found it in Isaac Asimov Presents Great SF Stories 2 (1940) - Asimov & Greenberg are editors (this is second of 25 book series). Amazon lists it as available; might also be in local library.
