Note these aren't winners - they'll be out in May. It looks more like a list of nominees - a huge list of online fiction. Also, this apparently is not an sf-only list, though there is sf too.

I'd'nt even heard of most publishers on the list. Of the only 3 stories I've read from the list, Catherynne M. Valente's "A Buyer's Guide to Maps of Antartica" (download) is a good read.
