Free fiction: A few more short stories of Arthur Clarke (but accessible only in some countries)

Rusty reports he's able to read a few more stories from Clarke's Collected Stories at Google Book Search, but with caveats. I have some brief notes on these stories here. My Collected Stories page has alternate download links for some of the stories too, apart from more specific notes.

Among the ones I've not linked before, "Loophole" is good humor - serious consequences of bureaucratic paper shuffling, in the backdrop of a human/Martian war.
