Free fiction: The Absent Willow Review

An online genre magazine. [via SF Signal]

Looks like it has been around for several months; latest stories are a couple of days old. But presentation is not as magazine issues, though stories come in bunches - on 15th of a month.

Categories include science fiction, fantasy, & horror. There is a separate science fiction feed which I'll include in Variety SF's original free fiction & Bot SF feeds when I get some time.
