Bhavin Jankharia's "A new tiger roars!" (flash fiction, political fable, free)

This one is for Bombay residents - they should instantly recognize the political subject. A few others in India might, too. For the rest, it probably will be a far less interesting fable - because political context would be missing.

For the target audience, title should be a pretty complete story summary.
