eBooks@Adelaide (free online books)

Run by The University of Adelaide Library, eBooks@Adelaide website appears to have a substantial collection of very old English literature. And I was able find a story of H G Wells here that Project Gutenberg didn't have.

Their license terms seem odd though. I seriously doubt they hold copyright to H G Wells' works, e.g. They seem to have put everything under Creative Commons by default, but the hosted stuff seems to be generally in public domain.
