An index to nouns in "Red Mars"

Trint Williams has built an Excel spreadsheet that lists nouns in Kim Stanley Robinson's famous novel "Red Mars", along with the page they appear in (but doesn't mention the edition), & what the noun type is (person, place, ...). May be useful to someone dissecting the novel for school or college work.
